The hardest writing I ever have to produce is writing about myself. But here goes. The top soil of my life is that I’m a mother to two gifted adult sons, sister to five siblings who I look up to, aunt to more nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews than I can count, and friend to some demanding people who never stop encouraging me to detox from being me so that I can become who God created me to be.
Now when you dig a little deeper, you’ll find that I orient my world around these life-giving relationships.
I love to journal, and that’s where many book ideas start to germinate for me.
When I dare to be brutally honest, I will tell you that I know more about God than I practice and I’m very grateful for His bountiful grace. I see new mercies every day. Great is His faithfulness. Great are my needs which He never fails to meet.
